What is the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen?

The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is the national organization responsible for coordinating educational boards across Pakistan and verifying Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC), Matric, Intermediate and equivalent educational qualifications issued by recognized Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE).

Before many educational documents can proceed to Higher Education Commission (HEC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Embassy legalization or Apostille, they first require verification and attestation from IBCC. This ensures the authenticity of educational records before they are accepted internationally for employment, higher education or immigration.
